All garments purchased are marked as final and we do not offer any return & refund. Once goods are sold, they are strictly non refundable or exchangeable.
Please note that exchanges/refunds are only available for items that are manufacturing defects. If you by any chance receive a defective item, please ensure that the product is unused with no additional damage, and remains in its original packaging with no evidence of service, alteration, wear, fragrance, or blemishes of any kind. You may contact us stating your order ID along with photo proof to further the matter and will be fully liable for the shipping cost. Exchange must be made within 7days from the date you received the parcel.
